Save The Date Co., established in 2021, is a planning and design firm based in East Tennessee and Florida, serving clients worldwide. With more than 10 years of professional experience in weddings, social events, corporate gatherings, and luxury hospitality, we specialize in creating thoughtfully designed celebrations that reflect each client's unique vision. While our experience spans a wide range of event styles and destinations, our approach remains the same: intentional planning, exceptional organization, and a commitment to every detail. Meet The Founder

Hi, I'm Sarah, founder and creative director of Save The Date Co! Ever since I was a  little girl, I've been captivated by the enchanting world of design and event planning, inspired by the grace of my grandmother, the brilliant mind behind Darlene Dagnan Designs. Growing up in Tennessee, I began my journey in the event industry in 2015, planning celebrations that ranged from the grandeur of weddings, philanthropic fundraisers, to the sophistication of corporate events and the lively spirit of bachelorette parties.

In 2020, I relocated to Florida and spent four years serving ultra-high-net-worth clients aboard luxury yachts. During that time, I traveled extensively and developed a deep appreciation for exceptional hospitality, elevated guest experiences, and meticulous attention to detail. Those experiences continue to influence the way I approach every event today.

Now back in East Tennessee, I balance life as a business owner, event professional, and mom to my son, Jett. When I'm not making timelines or scheduling content, you'll find me at home, wrapped in the pages of a captivating book or sharing laughter over an espresso martini with cherished friends. Over the past decade, I've had the privilege of planning and coordinating a wide range of events, from intimate weddings and luxury celebrations to corporate events, fundraisers, brand activations, influencer experiences, and large-scale community gatherings. My background in both hospitality and event marketing has allowed me to develop a unique blend of creativity, logistics expertise, and problem-solving skills that I bring to every event. Whether managing a wedding weekend for 150 guests or coordinating a multi-location corporate activation, I thrive on creating seamless experiences that allow clients to be fully present in the moments that matter most.
